Pas de critique particulière comme mes moyens sont limités, cela m'a fait plaisir de me payer cette chambre a l'occasion de mes 60 ans en espérant qu'un jour mes finances me permettront de rester plus longtemps le brunch est extrêmement copieux et excellent le petit déjeuner, comme il faut l'accueil pas assez présent , ni souriant et accueillant c'était mes 60 ans le jour même. et pas un geste commercial . ne serait ce qu'un verre offert au bar !

Hotel bien place bel environnement mais chambre avec moquette tachée il est urgent de relooker l'hôtel salle de bain et mobilier de la chambre belle piscine, bon petit-déjeuner personnel de réception aimable moins au service en salle

The staff at the hotel and at the spa reception were extremely nice and helpful except for the young woman at the spa who handed us towels and then gave me my body scrub. everything for her was all a bit of an effort and i definitely felt she should consider an alternative career!. public relations was not her forte. the scrub was 55e not expensive but i would have least have liked the thought that she wanted to do it. my husband had a massage which he siad was just like a soft body rub. given by a bit of a kid who clearly was not very experienced. the spa also need a bit of a clean in the rest area. there were coffee stains on the floor and on the magazines . there was no coffee in the coffee machine and no cups for the water. the hotel rooms i thought were quite poor even for 96e.

Very good stay at the hotel. room was clean and spacious, service nice and the therms was direct from the hotel. it was a very good deal for us : 3 nights for 222 euros, included breakfast. this latter was nice with fresh orange juice!

Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit sur place mais n'avons rien eu à redire. chambres spacieuses et confortables. spa magnifique. hotel idéalement placé dans le centre d'aix en provence. ses 3* en valent bien 4 chez ses concurrents

Bonjour je connais bien l'hotel et il était très bien situé, un très bon service, très bel acceuil proche du centre ville , non bruyant. en revanche la chambre on peut faire mieux ne sachant pas si les prix négociés par le site favorisent les petites chambres à pb? je m'explique tiroir qui ne ferme pas laissant le placard ouvert, jet d'eau non réglable de la pomme de douche laissant une douche sans pression..sinon tout le reste le top..un petit dejeuner buffet a volonté considerable..

Arrivato alle 21 ho avuto la sorpresa di non trovare la camere e la brutto notizia di essere alloggiato in un albergo lontano dal centro (taxi cmq a spese loro)... sono andato a cena molto molto ********* ma fortunatamente al rientro mi hanno dato una camera (superior) che però il giorno dopo ho dovuto lasciare ma per una junor suite ...

We had a wonderful time in aix. i would definately recommend the "aquabella". the rooms are nice and clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfast was tasty and offered a lot of choice, the swimmingpool was great!as the swimmingpool area was so nice we did not try the spa. the "aquabella" is situated north of the old town, but everything is in a good walking distance (townhall 5 min, cours mirabeau 10).

Très bel hôtel proche du centre ville;l'accès à l'espace balnéo est très très appréciable. chambre bien aménagées malgré qq finitions à revoir. petit déjeuner buffet digne d'un festin pouvant satisfaire tous les désirs!

Have just spent 4 nights at this city centre hotel for a celebration. the hotel is located in the centre of the old town and with easy access to the pretty cobbled streets and many good restaurants. accomodation is modern.airy and clean . facilities are good , though the poolside area could do with some more chairs and sun parasols in peak times . breakfast is excellent and varied. staff very helpful. car parking is in a public car park around the corner and at a rate of 7 e per day for our visit . finding the hotel using our sat nav was a challenge as we had to drive through some very narrow streets. a map with clear instructions on how to best approach the hotel would have been useful.

This was the second time we stayed at aquabella and won't be the last. excellent location, lovely pool and fitness / relaxation facilities. nice rooms, clean and spacious although our room last year was nicer. by booking through hotelsclick we were able to get free breakfast, if not it would cost 18eur which is very overpriced for a light buffet breakfast. staff are very helpful and the town of aix-en-provence has fabulous restaurants in the evning.

I already wrote my review but wish to add one last comment. the ambient music playing in the hotel should also be played around the pool area. most of people that stay in this hotel are there for a few days, most likely because of the spa facilties.. i was there for 10 days with my family because i went for excursions to antibes, cassis, mont st victoire, etc.. and i had a car. i would recommend to clients that stay longer than three days in your hotel that you provide some free coupons in exchange for drinks around the pool / bar to give people a chance to sit and mingle with other tourists.. but because i found your prices for drinks to high, i went out directly to restaurants (around aix) every night and spent my money there. my comment concerning price (on the right / only two stars) is because of the high price of drinks especially for non europeans. i found the hotel charge of $250.00 per night a little too high but not overly excessive.. but add on the price of drinks and if you order food, forget it, your in a another price bracket. normally for this price i get a very updated room (compared to what i had) in canada or in the us. (yes its not cannes).. but also this hotel is not on a beach.

My stay in this hotel was very pleasant.. the staff at reception were always helpful and they always took the time to give me directions (i had a car). my only real disappointment was the high prices for drinks at the pool. if the prices were 25 to 30% lower per drink i would have purchased many. its important to note that non-europeans pay a premium because of the currency exchange. your continued success of this hotel is too maintain superior service. i traveleld often to paris and the people in hotels there are very rude and short fused. i did not experience this in aquabella or aix. kindness and helpfullness to clients of hotel is what will bring repeat clients.. i work for air canada vactions and i know the business well when it comes to service. you should also consider a massage therapy session for clients of hotel.

Sono stata molto contenta dell'albergo aquabella. alle bambine è piaciuta moltissimo la piscina (anche a me!) e la posizione era perfetta per visitare il centro della città. tanti bar, negozi e ristoranti erano vicini ma non sentivi il rumore della città dal albergo. la prima colazione era eccellente e lo staff (eccetto qualche problema di comunicazione) era disponibile.

Excellent hotel. 3* officially but better than many 4* french hotels.quiet. good ambience. ideal for festival. 10 minutes walk from all the theatres and gare routier. didn't eat there (except breakfast which was good) - looked pricey and there are about 30 little open-air restaurants in the parc cardeur next door. they don't take english credit cards. recommended. click saved me over 50 euros per night on the room rate. well done. will be returning.

For business and pleasure very enjoyable. the room was ok, but i had a single as i was on business. the staff was excellent and the pool and very substantial extra. the food was excelent but pricey, there again i did not pay for it as i am on expenses. highly recommend this hotel.
