Poor service and lack of professionalism
The food, the waiters work annoying, disgusted give bad service. the pool closes at 7 pm and the bars of the same at 5 pm have nothing to offer. open spaces that offer food next to the pools cannot get wet. in the rooms the tvs do not have their remote, the beds in poor condition basically the extra, the air conditioning lousy. in our case in particular, we were given a room without the necessary conditions, broken tv, shabby beds and no bath or beach tohallas, after much begging we got another room somewhat better but with lousy air conditioning. in the restaurant the waiters with bad face and complaining to each other who attends to whom. there were no teaspoons to take ice cream, hot drinking water, saltless salt shakers. all in all, all bad.
