Avendo soggiornato diverse volte in questo hotel, confermo un servizio concierge molto buono, estremamente gentili e attenti al cliente. siccome era il compleanno di mia figlia, ci hanno recapitato in camera un cadeau con un biglietto di auguri della direzione. un pensiero veramente gentile e molto apprezzato !

Non era strutturata bene la sistemazione per la 1a colazione. le petit- dèjeuner era servito al bar- longe che si usa per piccoli aperitivi .non si può fare colazione in tavolini bassi da conversazione . servizio e buffet non all'altezza di tale albergo. mentre altre volte che vi ho soggiornato, in un'altro periodo verso l'estate, era ubicato sulla terrazza ed era perfetto .

My mom had been in princess grace hospital for two weeks after her cruise was interrupted in monte carlo for unexpected emergency surgery. she was not able to fly for a week after surgery so we were holed up at the fairmont monte carlo for a week. our sea view double room had comfortable beds and the most incredible panoramic view of the mediterranean. the service was first class and everyone was so gracious and eager to help us with anything my mom or i needed. our hotelsclick rate was 40% lower than any other rate i could find and it included a full american breakfast which we had in our room every morning, looking at the sea.... can't say enough about this hotel and how without them our stay was very pleasant under the circumstances.

Surtout très déçu par le manque de responsabilité de la direction suite à plusieurs problèmes. dommage que les séjours se suivent mais ne ressemblent pas. nous avons été déranger voir agresser par un fou qui frappa violemment à notre porte à 3h20 de la nuit, la direction nous dit simplement que c'est pas de chance que cela tombe sur nous!

Gia' piu' volte clienti dell'albergo arrivati nel tardo pomeriggio l'addetta alla reception ci riferisce che la camera non e' ancora pronta, sbalorditi ci comunica che dobbiamo aspettare e ci offre due flut di champagne, dopo mezz'ora la camera e' pronta. entriamo e come appoggiamo le ns. cose ci suona il telefono e ci comunicano che hanno sbagliato a darci la camera per un problema di omonimia (???!!! gli abbiamo consegnato il voucher della prenotazione con il numero!!!?? ? come fanno a sbagliare la prenotazione) e devono spostarci in un'altra. alle ns. rimostranze (siamo stati in giro circa un'ora e mezza) ci rispondo che dispiacere che purtroppo "avevamo gia' pagato la camera" (!?!?!?!?!?) e a tal punto ci offrono una bottiglia di champagne..... boh!!! a voi l'ardua sentenza!

The central location is great, and enjoying break fast and the mediterranean sea at the roof top restaurant horizon is incredible. the chilled, spacious lobby area is also very cool and comforting - but otherwise the hotel seems to be sliding. the rooms starts to be a bit worn-out and the normally flawless service is not at the standards seen a few years ago.

Hotel posto a due passi dal casinò, camere spaziose e pulite. letti molto larghi e comodi. servizio eccellente e personale disponibile. se parli solo italiano capiti nel posto giusto. l'unica pecca è costituita dall'arredamento della stanza che risulta essere un po' retrò e dalla rubinetteria del bagno che non è all'altezza della struttura. il costo del collegamento a internet risulta esagerato (15 euro al giorno) ma a questo si può ovviare non usufruendo del servizio. per chi è abituato agli standard degli hotel americani il rapporto costo/qualità risulterà un po' alto, ma a monte carlo i prezzi son questi

Great hotel with great location, 5 minutes walk from casino square, we had a hairpin view room which for me was fantastic as i am a car fan. amazing staff from reception to pool to the maids who cleaned the room. great breakfast that really sets you up for the day.

Hôtel très agréable avec vue magnifique sur tout monaco depuis le toit-terrasse où se trouve la piscine, mais il est dommage que les transats soient payants pour les clients de l'hôtel quand on les réserve!!! (20€/jour) sinon, le personnel est aux petits soins (un grand bravo à amandine et à céline pour leur sourire et leur gentillesse!) les femmes de chambre sont également adorables! seul bémol à la réception où nous n'avons pas été très bien accueilli...

Ottima la reception ed i servizi in camera. e' da un po di tempo che il ristorante sulla terrazza è chiuso e si nota al mancanza di un tale servizio. addirittura sul menù in camera c'è più scelta che sul ristorante saphir che è aperto a tutte le ore.

This hotel is in a wonderful location to visit monte carlo. we stayed in a deluxe room with sea view. the room was a good size and well furnished. pretty much as you would expect from any 4/5 star international hotel. i was, however, dissatisfied with their pet policy. despite paying 25 euros for our dog to stay in the room with us we were told at check-in that the dog was not allowed in the room on her own and was also not allowed to come with us to the restaurant or even the bar of the hotel. if we wanted to leave her we would have to pay for a dog sitter. we have travelled extensively with our dog and never faced this problem before! the 5-star hotel de paris in monaco was happy to welcome her in to their bar for example. i would not, therefore, recommend this hotel to those travelling with their dog.

My wife & i spent our wedding anniversary here. the staff were very helpful (with the exception of the conciege, who was rather abrupt and felt he was too important to talk to us). fortunately, all the other staff we met, could not do enough to help us and made our stay very memorable. we had a room with a sea view and really enjoyed the option of breakfast in our room.

Manque de dialogue pour discuter du prix du parking intransigeance du directeur très peu sympathique alors que tout le personnel de la restauration au service ont été très courtois et charmant. les chambres allouées été lointaines il fallait marcher beaucoup pour y accéder. la restauration et le petit déjeuner étaient parfait. je ne recommanderai pas cet hotel mais j'y retournerai pour son emplacement.

L'albergo è ottimo sia per posizione che per confort. i servizi sono ottimi ed il personale è gentilissimo ed efficiente. la cosa che mi ha sorpreso negativamente nel mio breve soggiorno è stato che la sera del 17/3/2011 nel sun casino dell'albergo è mancata la corrente e subito è partito l'impianto di emergenza che ha funzionato per circa un quindici minuti. poi è saltato anche l'impianto di emergenza e siamo stati a buio completo per oltre un ora. e' stata una cosa impensabile per qualsiasi casinò del mondo immagginatevi lo stupore per quello di montecarlo. cari monegaschi avete fatto una pessima figura; voi che vi vantate di essere impeccabili; saluti a tutti. e' chiaro comunque che l'albergo non ha alcuna colpa perchè il sun casino è completamene autonomo rispetto all'albergo. saluti a tutti

We were there for 4 nights. everything including service was just amazing. beautiful hotel with great staff and surroundings. there is nothing to miss in breakfast. everything is there otherwise they´ll fix it. we had 2 rooms just beside with a door between to keep an eye on children.

Purtroppo quando mi sono rivolto al manager per lamentare di un trattamento diverso che ho avuto sono stato liquidato in male modo dicendomi che avevano sbagliato a fare quel trattamento al mio amico. sono andato via ringraziando e dicendogli che prima di trattare così i clienti poteva almeno controllare che io sono cliente da anni.

Siamo stati in questo hotel numerose volte e ci torniamo volentieri per la posizione e la comodità di avere questo meraviglioso ristorante all'interno dell'hotel. si potrebbe migliorare il servizio in camerea forneno accessori tipo ciabatte ecc come negli altri hotel del principato anche perchè avendo una piscina loro, non è logico che uno debba portarsi le ciabatte da casa

L'albergo si trova in una posizione ottima a due passi dalla piazza di montecarlo, il servizio e la pulizia sono ottime, abbondante la prima colazione anche con il servizio in camera. siamo stati benissimo.

Not a cheap place to stay - but probably the best mix of value, quality and location you can get in this very upmarket city. the (included) breakfast outside overlooking the sea on a roof terrace was breath taking (and tasty). the car park is littered with supercars, and the roof terrace overlooks the sea, the grand casino and part of the f1 route.

I’ll start by saying we really enjoyed our stay at the fairmont and would recommend it. the main advantage was the location – it’s right in the centre of monte carlo almost next door to the main square with the café de paris and the casino. we went to the cabaret at the casino (which was excellent) and it was less than 1 minute walk door to door. next to the hotel there is a public lift which takes you down to the harbour area. the rooms were fine, nicely decorated with all of the amenities and a very comfortable large bed. we had a sea view room which had a small but functional balcony with one lounger and a table / 2 chairs. the hotel itself had a modern but luxurious feel to it, there were several business conferences on while we were there and there was a busy atmosphere in the public areas but there was always plenty of room and good service. the hotel bar was great, fantastic outlook over the bay, a really talented live musician (piano / guitar / singer) and a lively feel. the downside was the drinks prices (e.g. 11€ for a 500ml draught beer in april 08) but we enjoyed it so much there we kept going back and ran up a substantial bar tab over the holiday! we didn’t eat at the hotel (the restaurants looked excellent but expensive) but we did have breakfast and that was great. this is one of the more modern hotels in the area and if you’re looking for something more traditional and historic then there are quite a few of those in the area but i prefer a more contemporary feel. my opinion would be that it suited couples more than families and i didn’t see that many children there. we both said we would go back there again.
