Good value, excellent stay

We stayed at this hotel as it was convenient to visit a family member. the purpose of our stay was extremely sad as the family member in question is terminally ill. the hotel was not aware of our personal circumstances and yet treated us with the utmost grace and courtesy making our visit more comfortable than we could have hoped for. unfortunately our booking had not been entered on the hotels system and yet they managed to find us a lovely room non the less. the breakfast was varied and plentiful and our room had all of the comforts of home. we will be returning frequently over the next few weeks and months and knowing that we have a lovely place to stay gives us one less thing to worry about. we were also very pleased with the online booking agents. the price was good and the booking form was easy to follow. we didn't make our booking until last minute hence the paperwork not being available on arrival, but we had printed off a copy of our voucher and everything went smoothly.
