Caracas visit

This is a very nice hotel and well located (close to embassy district and ccct mall). the food was very good and the staff very friendly and accommodating. my concerns were though that it was difficult to get a comfortable setting on my room's ac and most of the staff only spoke spanish in what is supposed to be an international hotel.
