The morning shift guy so rude and unprofessional we reserved a family room we arrived at 12pm and he said you have to wait until the room be prepared we waited 4 hours then he dispaered the girl in the reception told us that he finished his shift and he even didn't mention to the hotel that we are waiting for our room . there is no parking in the hotel they told us that the parking is only for casino and the palace customers rooms are old people who work in the pool bar are very good . for me 2/5
