Good breakfast, bad room

Went to bed to find only one large-ish duvet. next morning we discovered not only was it practically impossible to shower in the bath due to the position of the bath taps, the water from the shower flooded over the bathroom floor. to cap it all, the towelrail heating didn't work! make sure you get a room in the newer part of the hotel, i think we were in the older part.
