We stayed inn this hotel 4 times now. the location and prices is attractive to move arround in paris . the reception was poor and not helpfull. when we arrived @ 2pm and one room was not ready till after 6pm. then the room issued had to be changed the next day and move all our luggage up the stairs - no lift !! breakfast was poor . when we left/checked out they wanted to charge to leave/store our luggage at the hotel till later the afternoon( despite us been waiting the first day ) because our flight home was only in the night. we expected a kettle or hot water in the room to at least make coffee or tea during day or night - no service !!
