Anche se gli spazi comuni sono in apparente buono stato le camere necessitano di una parziale ristrutturazione,almeno il bagno e l'arredo. sono abbastanza spaziose per lo standard londinese,ma con poco personalità,forse con la nuova proprietà hilton potrebbero migliorare. personale gentile.

I noticed on this stay that the room we stayed in was in great need of refurbishment. we stayed on the 3rd floor so can't really say whether it was like this on any other floors. when we arrived a coach party had also arrived but they got through booking in very well and didn't have to wait too long. i like the area it s in, just a short walk from the tube and plenty of buses and of course hyde park just opposite. i would stay here again but would hope that the rooms would have had some attention, however they were clean, bedding crisp and good value.

I have stayed in a lot of hotels in london but this was definately one of the best. great location. breakfast lovely. couldn't fault the staff. have stayed in 5* in old holborn which wasnt as good as this one. only downside was my brother had room at front of hotel and suffered from traffic noise.

Great location, good service, clean rooms - slightly bigger than similar hotels in london, excellent value for money.
