We booked two rooms through hotelsclick, but when we arrived at night, disney only had one room reserved. they had to contact "wholesale" who is in charge of the hotelsclick rooms, but they were closed so we had to pay for an extra room. they told us that we would not be charged for the extra room (that was already booked and paid for) as long as our "story" worked out. it did and they confirmed it, but still charged my account without letting me know. now it is finally credited, but after quite a lot of hassle. extraordinary unprofessional experience.
