Très bel hôtel de l'extérieur, hall d'hôtel immense mais les chambres sont vétustes (salle de bains, pommeau de douche fixe non réglable). les lits 2 personnes sont petits (130 cm). dès l'arrivée ils nous font payer 25 dollards par jour et par chambre pour le wifi et l'accès à la salle de gym. le wifi ne fonctionne pas toujours bien. le personnel n'est pas toujours très aimable et ne fait pas d'effort de communication ni de compréhension.

Stayed in this hotel for ten days and after reading the reviews was expecting the worst when we got there we were pleasantly surprised has a similar layout to the fontainebleau which i stayed at the previous year but the fonainebleus may was more than 7x the price and the service was worse than i received at this hotel, in all honesty some of the lobby decor, lift and corridors were abit dated but my room was identical to the one at fontainebleau the only difference was that there wasn't an apple computer in the room which was mandatory that you had to of for it in the fontainebleau, i really enjoyed my stay there and it was really handy as there was shops over the road and there is a free car park 2 doors down from the hotel, i would recommend this hotel definitely, i go on holiday to have a good time not to look at wallpaper,also the swimming pool with the fountains on for the children was good, they were currently doing some upgrading by the pool area but they never got in the way of us having a good time you didn't even know they were there we still had full use of the pool and the sun lounges and beach, if i had to say a bad thing about this hotel it would be that they charge tax on top of their city tax which other hotels don't it's normally included, for ten days it works out around $30 extra which worked out about £20 depending on the exchange rate you get,

This hotel is very dirty and overpriced for what you get. rooms disgusting and outdated...do yourself a favor and research more hotels for prices and fond a different place to stay!

L'hôtel est très bien situé avec plage, piscine et jacouzi! le personnel n'est pas au petit soin mais on fut ravie de faire notre vie, dommage que la terrasse ne soit allumé que lorsque le bar est ouvert c.-à-d. une seul fois de toute la semaine. cependant nous avons aimé cet hôtel et si on revient à miami on le choisirait encore!
