Hotel economico ma pulito, ben posizionato e con personale molto cortese. colazione compresa nel prezzo più che sufficiente. unico neo la mancanza di ascensore; anche se sono solo tre piani se un ospite ha bagaglio ingombrante può essere un problema. mi auguro che a breve restaurino anche il 2^ e 3^ piano, così il soggiorno sarà ancora più piacevole.

I chose this hotel for my mum and i for a 4 day break in nice. it was in an absolutely brilliant location, especially for 2 females walking home late at night and the price was right. the hotel is 2 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes to all the restaurants and bars, situated on a lovely back street next door to a wonderful patisserie. the first room we were given was clean but very much in need of redecorating, with paint peeling of the walls and one of the roof tiles about to fall down. after a very pleasant conversation with the lady on the front desk we were swapped to another room, which still needed tlc, but was a vast improvement. however both rooms were very clean and serviced daily. i would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to use it as a base to see nice, not as a place to spend a significant amount of time. overall i would go back and stay here.

Hotel could not be better located. staff very helpful & friendly. rooms basic, not ideal for long stay but absolutely perfect for short hop. breakfast usual croissant & cofee. for the price i don't think there can be a better buy.
