Clean and simple, location so-so

The room itself was nice, bathroom small and quite old, nice balcony. no washing machine and not many services, location not ideal unless you are specifically interested in cullen bay (ok also for the mindil markets, but at least 30 mins walk from the city - or 10 mins by bus, but very few buses and none in the evening). good if you can afford taxis or have your own car.
