The good, the bad, and the ugly

Very helpful stowing our luggage so we could get to the baseball game before check in. room was nice , but the tv pay per view failed and we spent over an hour with the repair guy. went to use the hot tub, it was 80 degrees. ice machine was broke, had to go hunting for ice. the pool was literally 60 degrees. the sauna was 180 degrees. probably not worth the money, we hoped for a little more.
