We have stayed at this hotel several times and it never disappoints. our daughter was at university in lille and we visited on a number of occasions, each time staying here. it is ideally situated for vieux lille, within walking distance of the main square and the shops. would recommend this hotel without any hesitation.

Le charme de l'hotel réside dans l'architecture de l'ancien couvent. la serre apporte une touche moderne mais aussi de la fraicheur: nous n'avons pas eu très chaud au petit déjeuner. le buffet de ce dernier est de très bonne qualité mais mériterait d'être réorganisé: trop serré il est parfois difficile de se servir directement quand il y a du monde. chambre petite, au 3ème étage, sans charme particulier, avec des fénêtres basses (ne dépassent pas 1,5m) et qui rendent donc le lieu plutôt sombre. seules les chambres du 1er et 2d étage semblent donner sur l'ancien cloitre. amateurs de literie ferme, nous avons adoré notre lit!

Hotel itself beautiful, staff, service and food excellent. room we had (109) just off the atrium was a little tired for this quality hotel. there is some sort of factory on this side of hotel (car park side) that becomes noisy at 10am, prior to this guests are coming and going noisily from early. perhaps should've shut the window, but we like ventilation. to be fair on arrival was offered upgrade @ 20 euro per night and felt we were perhaps punished with 109 for not taking it up! moral of story: don't be tight bastard and/or don't get car park side.

Chambre double avec 2 petits dejeuners en semaine 92€. bien placé et joli. mais personnel peu prévenant. nous sommes arrivés sous des trombes d'eau, avec un parking intérieur complet. pas d'ouverture de la barrière ni d'explication, il a fallut que allions voir à pied. pas un bonjour spontané, à notre entrée, des 3 employés présents alors qu'ils n'étaient occupés par aucun client. ca ne fait pas très 4 étoiles !

The hotel is situated next to the citadel in a residential area of lille, making it very quiet and good for business. the comunial areas are very clean and very comfortable. the hotel rooms are clean but could do with being redecorated and updated as they seem dated and tired. the hotel isn't close to other bars or restaurants so taxis are a must.

When we arrived at the hotel we were very pleased with the accommodation especially as we had reserved the rooms at such a special rate. the hotel was very quiet and calm. the breakfast was adequate with all the usual ingredients. this hotel was perfect for a short stay and was quite near to everything. we parked our car in the hotel for two nights and whilst this was convenient we had to pay 26 euros for the pleasure which i thought was expensive.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. it's convenient for the old town, is spacious and has all the things you expect from a quality hotel. the room was light and clean, but i'd expect a bit more for its 4 stars and am glad we paid substantially below their standard rates. breakfast was very good.

The second time we have statyed here as a base for lille and an overnight stop on the way to italy. great location and rooms / good price and service. only objection is having to pay for parking.

The hotel is in an excellent location and well kept. the size of the room is impressive for the price. the buffet breakfast is better than most other hotels we've stayed at but can be improved. the breakfast included bread, jam, toast, scrambled eggs, sausages, juices, tea, coffee, etc. by improvement, the scrambled eggs were too runny and could have been cooked a bit more.

I booked the hotel on the internet for myself and 3 friends and were delighted that it exceeded our expectations. we all thought it had been renovated with great style. staff were very pleaseant and all round it was a delightful stay.

Le petit déjeuner était très bien ainsi que le cadre de l'hôtel. mais le lit une personne est trop étroit et la fenêtre d'une chambre single est dirigé vers le cloître, ce qui n'est pas agréable point du vue luminosité, mais la taille de la chambre et de la salle de bain est bien suffisante. a noter que le prix du parking en surplus n'est pas donné (13 €). l'accueil n'est pas très souriant. je conseillerais l'hôtel pour un bref séjour.

Bonjour, j'ai extrèmement apprécié l'offre prix qui nous a permis de passer une nuit dans ce bel hôtel. le cadre est magnifique. nous avons été un peu déçu par "l'encadrement" de ce séjour : pas de groom, peu de personnel, personnel très "limite" lors du petit déjeuner (hélant les clients à travers le restaurant, présentation sans classe), pas de peignoir de bain dans la salle de bain... ce n'est pas le standart d'un 4 étoiles.

Très bel établissement. les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et bien équipées. le restaurant de l'hôtel propose une carte avec de très bons plats.
