We will not be staying here again! we have stayed in most 5 star hotels in copenhagen and have never met a receptionist as unfriendly as the one at marriott. we were just handed a keycard and that was it, no help with anything! she treated us like we were not welcome! the next day we asked about breakfest and she just pointed at some stairs and we had to walk around a little bit to find it and when we got there it was closed even though the folder in our room said it should still be open, again no service or help! information in the room were very limited about the hotel and service. the room were very nice and clean and cleaning staff was friendly.
