Comfortable and central location with friendly and helpful staff

We stayed here for 4 nights and apart from the bed being slightly hard - got used to it quickly!! fantastic to have the free coffee/hot chocolate and numerous teas 24 hours a day. extremely clean reception/lounge area and friendly staff. this is an older hotel, but then, so is everything in prague

4 day break in prague

The 3*cloister inn is better than some 4*hotel chains i have stayed in . the cleanliness of the rooms and throughout the hotel was exceptional.it's location ,5mins from charles bridge and about 10mins from the old town square was brilliant. there are plenty of restuarants,cafes and bars within a stones throw of the hotel.
