We stayed 12 nights in the small clifton hotel having clean, well and recently furbished, large rooms, for convenient prices in a georgian house. the cleanliness was excellent. the scottish personal is nice and helpful, with a particular mention to eleonora. its location is very interesting: not far from the university of glasgow and within or very close to westend, with a couple of excellent restaurants in the surrounding, as well as useful shops in front of. highly recommendable. eb & mg.
