Room was clean and very comfortable however it was a connecting family room which allowed for ridiculous noise levels between the 2 rooms. i could hear all conversations and tv programmes from the connecting room, and i'm sure they heard mine. not feasible at all for a business trip as i was trying to work in my room. reception staff were friendly. bar staff were really poor and boarderline rude to me. my order was taken for a 7up and then the girl turned and made a phone call from the bar phone, whilst i stood and waited for her to finish before she gave me my drink. really poor customer service. i tried to ask her if there was someone else available to serve me but she mumbled something and hung up the phone. breakfast food was acceptible. location of the hotel was ideal for me.
