Grande chambre froide et impersonnelle. service peu disponible et pas très agreable. situation tout en bas de gran via, très bruyant et un peu loin du quatrier animé.

Excellent location,staff where helpful,but 80% did not speak any english(but we found this a common accurance throughout madrid,not a problem we just had more fun trying out our basic spanish.)clean,hotel breakfast facilities an excellent selection.the location is supurb for all areas of madrid,but it was noisy at night even with the windows closed.it was like being in new york again. overall we would book in this hotel again.ml
