Great hotel with friendly staff in a perfect location for shopping and nightlife. can't fault anything really. there was a free minibar which was generously stocked too!! beautiful rooms and dining room, with a fab breakfast. will be returning here for sure!

The carlton george is a very comfortable hotel, and is well situated for shops and restaurants. we stay there whenever we are working in glasgow, and our last stay was about the twentieth time in the last five years. the staff are helpful and friendly and the breakfasts are very good. the beds are comfortable and the standard of cleanliness is very high.

Warm welcome, room ready earlier than expected which was great.hotel in very central position- ideal for all activities.room cosy and comfortable-had a good nights sleep.got a great deal from hotelsclick.com as full breakfast was included in price. complimentary drinks a lovely idea.

This is an excellent hotel with "superior" staff and a 1st class restaurant. the rooms (executive) are very nice, the complementary mini bar is well stocked and the lounge on the 7th floor is warm and welcoming with a well stocked (complimentary) fridge with tea and coffee available at all times of the day and night. the staff seem to be of a more intelligent variety than most hotels and they went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. altogether an excellent hotel and highly recommended. a very central location near queen st station, bus routes, george square and tourist information. the pcs in the lounge need to be updated and are a bit slow but otherwise ok.

Stayed weekend with my friend. mini bar free , good. had no wine glasses. only 2 long crystal glasses with stickers on, which were hard to get off! 1 whisky glass. reception came with glasses. same happened next day!! only 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel. same next day. only 2 t. bags and 2 coffee normal. 3 small milks.not a lot of extras for a 4 star hotel. location is very good. no bar to sit in unless you have paid for an executive room!! disappointing!! staff were very pleasant

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this gem of a hotel. the staff were all welcoming, the room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean and the windows restaurant was recommended by the locals!

Absolutely first class hotel from the moment my sister and i arrived until we left. i would definitely stay here again - so close to main shopping area and the staff were excellent. our room was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. reception staff were brilliant. i just can't fault this hotel in any way.

We usually stay at the carlton george when on business in glasgow. it is a very good position, close to the shops and restaurants. the rooms are well furnished and comfortable. the staff are all pleasant, and the breakfasts are very good.

The carlton george is very well situated for shopping and eating out in glasgow. the rooms are very comfortable, clean and well furnished, and the staff are pleasant and helpful. however something was making a whirring noise all night that made it difficult to sleep. despite this i would stay at the carlton george again.
