Ottima la posizione. molto buoni letto e biancheria nuova. unico neo l'albergo è datato e il bagno, seppure pulito non è bello da vedere( porte vecchie, ruggine nei rubinetti, largo uso di silicone x chiudere fessure). colazione buona ed abbondante.

It is a great location. but staff can do better with a smile on their faces. especially the lady who serves the breakfast. when guests come with heavy luggage, any help to carry those many steps will go a long way to get a higher rating. i had bad experience, with no help from a gruffy front desk. they could have handled saying no to help a little more gracefully.

The building looked very shabby outside but nice inside rooms fitted in with the venice theme the breakfast was ordinary the staff were nice

Prenotato per il prezzo favorevole e per la posizione l'hotel canal ci ha riservato delle piacevoli sorprese, dalla cortesia di tutti i ragazzi alla reception alla pulizia della stanza, dalla camera molto grande e moderna di recente ristrutturazione al bagno anch'esso ampio e nuovo, dalla colazione abbondante al tavolo riservato per usufruirne. be che dire non male trattandosi di venezia, un posto in cui sicuramente torneremo.......

Ho scelto questo albergo perché vicino al posto in cui dovevo recarmi per lavoro. nel periodo in cui sono andato i prezzi degli alberghi erano piuttosto alti e quello di questo albergo era leggermente più basso. purtroppo, rispetto a quanto visto in foto, l'albergo è piuttosto trascurato. inoltre la vicinanza al canal grande lo rende un po' rumoroso di prima mattina (alle 6 ci sono già barche a motore sotto le finestre).

Très bon hôtel pour la ville de venise. bien placé à côté de la piazza roma et de la gare, facile d'accés. style vénitien donc ancien mais super sympa.

Hôtel bien situé chambre très calme et climatisée, beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner, personne à l'acceuil multilingue. seule critique hôtel un peu vieillot et surtout la façade en tres mauvais état.

A côté de piazzale roma et des vaporettos, gare et rue commerçante, chambre de petite taille mais très complète et très propre. petit dejeuner au jardin, très complet avec buffet. a notre retour de croisière nous avioons une journée libre et avons pu déposer nos bagages gratuitement toute la journée. sinon, consignes à 5,50 € par bagage. a recommander.

This hotel needs major renovations; peeling paint, ceiling sagging, etc. very clean though. room very dark due to a brick wall just outside the window. fairly good size. close to the station (but those steps on the bridge are murder in the heat with a heavy suitcase!) and the ferries, and lots of restaurants in the vicinity. no fresh fruit at breakfast.

La camera era piccolissima, in due non riuscivamo a muoverci. spendete quancosa di più, ma andate in un vero albergo. per il resto nulla da segnalare: accoglienza e colazione normale.

Posizione molto comoda (vicinissimo alla stazione) e molto utile la disponibilità di una reception sempre aperta 24 ore su 24. camere piccole ma carine, pulite anche se molto vecchie; alcune hanno una vista sul canale che è sicuramente piacevole (a parte durante l'estate). colazione a buffet freddo

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. there is no elevator, so we had to drag suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. staff were not particurarly helpful or friendly and the room was cramped and depressing. glad i was only staying for one night.
