Really nice hotel

Amazing hotel. first day we got to our room with my girlfriend the staff noticed that the beds were separated and they were nice enough to offer us a different room with a double bed. we didn’t even had to ask! overall the staff is extremely friendly and we could ask them anything. we bought some fresh fruits from the field and asked the staff if they could peel the fruits. they were really happy to do it. reception ladies were really nice and always helped us booking taxi and tours. we were also pleasantly surprised that they had us and europe sockets in the rooms. really convenient. i could only name a few cons that are not a deal breaker: - the food quality was not too great, which is to be expected in a country like cuba - warm water takes a few minutes work in the shower, besides that no water issues - some cuban visitors are kind of annoying, they can be identified by their big fake gold jewelry. they can be really disrespectful towards other visitors. throwing trash into the pool, occupying large parts of the pool which makes it hard to use and sometimes looking for a fight. beware of them!
