We arrived late and missed a day due to a delta airline problem, the staff were so attentive and polite, they moved us to their sister location for the second night to help us out. we would have preferred to stay at bienville house the second night, the other location was great but the service from bienville house was outstanding. the location is smaller and more intimate. great old style rooms also
