As i was visiting family close by the location for me was ideal. staff , especially reception were very helpful. the business services were not used hence the low rating.

Was attending a wedding in the vicinity and this looked closest. as intended for business folk it does have an air of impersonality but otherwise is a pretty good choice for an overnight or short stay as it's very comfortable with good facilities. great choice- and quality- at breakfast too which is always a bonus.

A pleasant one night stay prior to flying out of liverpool. clean, spacious rooms. helpful staff. good leisure facilities. easy access to airport and city centre. didn't use restaurant in the evening, so can't comment. breakfast ok.
