Greeted by a very friendly and helpful receptionist. unfortunately the first room we were given had mosquito splats all over the walls and lots of mosquitos behind the net curtain which is not good when you are someone who gets badly bitten by them! there was also no bed for our son. i spoke to the lady on reception who immediately moved us and gave us a room which was a vast improvement. we ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was lovely and the lady who served us was very friendly and extremely helpful as was the other staff on duty. the breakfast was also lovely.
