Bad booking expeiance
I went to the hotel, with my booking confirmation (non refundable) but the hotel was fully booked. and did not received any confirmation from hotelsclic! after many calls and e-mails to hotelsclick customer service, they reply by e mail, and inform me that the hotel is fully booked, we will try to found alternative hotel! that was late!!! i could not wait all the day, so i gave up and search for another hotel! the customer service line always get you to answer machine and the e mail you have to wait for the reply! hotelsclic, they confirm my booking and charged my credit card & did not apologized or help. it was a bad experience to book a hotel via hotelsclic.
