Great service from friendly and helpful staff and the breakfast options in the hotel restaurant were great - there was something for everyone. quite run down hence the price rating is low (overpriced for what it was). it was a bit further away than we expected but we could've done our research before we booked, luckily there was always a taxi available when we needed it to go to town.

Hôtel paraissant bien, mais chambre avec défauts. un lit (sommier et matelas) en très mauvais état et je ne suis pas difficile. certaines lampes ne fonctionnant pas, rideau de douche très vieillissant... rapport qualité prix à l'image des hôtels cubains en dessous des normes européennes

We stayed here twice during our trip and we were happy with the stay both times. the first there was a delay checking in as they seemed to be understaffed at the peak time. the second time checking in was easy and fast. the standard rooms are nice and clean but the fittings need to be repaired or refurbished. the buffet meals are good and the restaurant is clean. the staff work hard and are friendly and helpful but some are not quite fully trained yet it appears. the internet access is a little annoying as the wifi signal is erratic causing dropouts or connection problems occasionally. the hop on hop off tourist bus stops at the hotel and so do most of the day trip and intercity busses which is very convenient. this was the reason we stayed there on our last name night. the airport is about 20 minutes away by taxi. only one of the lifts is working and the other has been broken for a year now. the main pool is very good but the seapool was closed and in poor condition while we were there. d the copacabana falls a bit short of it's promise in some areas, but is still a good hotel and good value for money.

El hotel esta limpio y las habitaciones tambien , pero necesita reparaciones,.el aire acondicionado de la habitacion muy bueno,pero en el bano la ducha se caia y la puerta del shower tambien.un dia llovio intensamente y el hotel estaba lleno de agua en los pasillos , incluso en el lobby pusieron cubos para recojer el agua

Friendly reception staff with good english meant check-in was breeze and an equally friendly bell-hop saw us to our suite, which was kept spotless throughout our four day stay by our cheerful housemaid (who even ironed my wife's dresses when we went out to dinner). the rock pool was crystal clear, with not a sign of polution, and the hotel pool was clean. renovations presently underway will doubtless restore the surroundings to their former glory. included bufet breakfast was good (but get in early), but the buffet dinner was less inspiring. the seven piece band playing every night in the 24 hour lounge was an excellent place for coffee. the hotel concierge was also very friendly and able to make any bookings we requested for classic car tour, restaurants, cultural events etc. definitely will stay there again, and next time the lift will probably be working (we made do with the service lift)

Quite a good hotel with a reasonble price. location is "comsi comsa" if you wish to spend much time in old havan. it took 40 minutes to reach parque centrale by bus, but on the other side a habana tourist tour bus stopped in front of the hotel every 30 minutes. unfortunatelly it stopped moving at 6 p.m. taxis were of course available all the time. i had a clean and peaceful room with a view to the see. pool area seemed to be all right, a bit worn-out, but i could not use it very much because of windy days during my stay there. staff was kind especially in the lobby bar, and there was also music in every evening. in the restaurant they were sometimes busy and very hurried. a good hotel to stay for 4-6 nights but maybe not so a long time like i did, even 11 nights.

I cannot give a review of the copacabana hotel in havana, because when i arrived with a print-out of my prepaid reservation through hotelsclick.com, the hotel had absolutely no record of my reservation or payment. the place was completely booked and could not accommodate me. on the plus side, the manager (perhaps used to these kinds of mess-ups) was helpful, and got me a room at a hotel about an hour and a half bus ride from the center of the city (the copacabana is also out of town, but only about half as far out). the other hotel marina hemingway is an all-inclusive resort (all meals and drinks included; i don't know the price, because they accepted the voucher for the copacabana). the bus service into the city is also included with the room and meals and runs every hour on the hour. the downside, in addition to the length of time spent on the bus each day, was that the last bus left the city center at 5:00 pm, cutting out the possibility of having dinner and/or a show in town.

We had booked a double room at hotel copacabana for dec. 1-8, 2015. hotelsclick had also repeatedly confirmed our reservation (a confirmation message nov. 17 &, a "customer care" message reminding us of the cancellation deadline, and marie's chat messages nov. 30 when she promised to inform the hotel of our late arrival time on dec. 1st). when we arrived to the hotel it, however, turned out that there was no room for us in hotel copacabana: because of an error in hotelsclick booking system we were moved to hotel vedado instead. we are very disapointed on your booking system, and we expect your compensation/reimbursement for the change due to your booking system error (we paid hotelsclick for 7 nights at hotel copacabana but we got a room in a lower-quality hotel). obs! my hotel feedback is for hotel vedado, taking into account the price we paid.

Location is in the outskirts of havana so taxi is needed when heading to the centre (over 10 kilometres, one-way costs app. 10-15 changeable pesos). the hotel looks nice in photos but is actually quite outdated. lobby and lobby bar are ok, internet (not free of charge) working somehow in the lobby, badly in the rooms. room was rather dark, some of the lights not working. breakfast area totally crowded every morning and staff couldn't supply food to buffet as fast as it was consumed. due to bad weather and heavy wind natural pool couldn't be used, also swimming pool area is not very tempting when the weather is something else than continuous sunshine. staff generally was friendly and tried to do best they could.

Stayed there for 4 nights and it was really nice. a little bit outside havanna, in a calm area. they have two really nice swimming pools and a gym which was totally ok. the food was awesome but the drinks were to sweet. the receptionist couldn´t answer easy questions, but that how it works in havana, you have to find your own information which is hard if you don´t speak spanish. i would really recommend this hotel.

We arrived at this hotel midnight. and we left early morning on the next day. all staffs are very kind. we didn't have any problem. ハバナのツーリストバスの停留所にもなっているので、日本人の方々にも便利だと思います。

I liked too much this hotel, everyone was kindly, and really help me always! i come back to cuba after 3 months and sure i will come same hotel ! and i hope same room ;)
