Das Hotel ist ein 4 Sterne, umgeben von Palmen und tropischer Vegetation. Er ist ideal für einen Urlaub zu zweit oder mit der Familie und ausgezeichnet für das Feiern von Hochzeiten. Good for one time
Our first night in our room was terrible. very dirty room that had a terrible smell and insects. we went to the reception and they sended someone to spray the insects. but they didn't die all of them. the next morning we went to the reception to ask for an other room or a change from hotel. an other room wasn't possible because the hotel was full and i wanted to change the hotel. they said the would clean the room very well. in the afternoon when i went back the bed was made and that was it. no clean towels and the dead insect were stile on the floor. i went back to the reception and after a lot of discussion we got a new room. that room was clean and the maid was so nice. the resort is clean only the rooms are very old. as long as they don't renew the rooms i wouldn't go back. food was ok. tennis court looks terrible. everywhere glass. pool and beach is great. staff ... you have very nice staff and very arrogant staff.
