Deludente

Solo l'esterno è come nelle foto... avevamo prenotato un a camera con 4 letti singoli di 27 mq. ci hanno dato una camera con 2 letti singoli ed 1 ad una piazza e mezza con i letti completamente attaccati. tra i letti e il muro c'era uno spazio di 40 cm che non ci permetteva neanche di poter poggiare le valigie x aprirle. armadio piccolissimo. la mattina rifacevano solo i letti e pulivano il bagno senza pulire. pavimenti in pendenza coperti di moquette alquanto sporca

Hotel da evitare. buona soltanto la posizione

Arrivo alle 4 di notte e mi assegnano una stanza nel seminterrato che assomiglia piu' ad una piccola cella di isolamento in cui si potrebbe morire di claustrofobia (e non descrivo altri dettagli terrificanti!). chiedo subito di averla cambiata e mi assicurano che per quella notte non avrebbero potuto far niente ma che per le 3 del pomeriggio l'avrebbero cambiata. in effetti me ne danno una al piano terra almeno 5 volte piu' grande, con letto matrimoniale e lettino singolo, praticamente una tripla. sono piu' soddisfatto ma appena vado per aprire la tenda della finestra ecco la fregatura: mi si para davanti a distanza molto ravvicinata un muro, praticamente non avevo alcuna visuale!!! decido di non lamentarmi ulteriormente per paura che me ne assegnino un'altra piu' piccola. la vasca ha una tendina di un colore che sa' di non molto pulito (e che infatti ho tenuto aperta per tutto il tempo del soggiorno!) e presenta dei punti in cui lo smalto bianco e' saltato con conseguente affioramento della ruggine. per cui dovevo stare attento a dove mettere i piedi per fare la doccia. di contro la colazione e' abbastanza buona con anche frutta sciroppata, yogurt, cornetti vuoti e cibi salati che noi italiani abitualmente non mangiamo a quell'ora. dovessi tornare a londra sinceramente lo eviterei: non si possono tenere stanze in quelle condizioni che fanno pagare anche ad un prezzo non proprio basso (la stanza singola € 82.00 a notte!!!).

Soggiorno all'hotel "bayswater inn" agosto 2013

Non è la prima volta che soggiorno in questo hotel,sono italiana,devo dire che un punto molto forte,è la sua posizione,la distanza delle due metro,linea rossa e gialla,è a soli 5 minuti a piedi,ma non solo,è in pratica a soli 3 minuti di metropoilitana,da oxford street,via centralissima,piena di negozi.qualità prezzo ok,personale dell'hotel,gentilissimi,colazione ricca con anche uova strapazzate e salsicce,oltre le marmellate,belle stanze con moquette,zona tranquillissima,sebbene solo a 2 fermate di metropolitana dal centro.consigliatissimo!very nice hotel,fantastic the position,only 5 minutes walking to the tube station,red line"central" and yellow line "circle",so only 2 stop to oxford street,the center of london and marble arch,where is possible to find lot of shops.hotel personal working there,very kind person,nice breakfast also with eggs and sausiges,and jam.very quiet zone,already is only 2 stop to the center.near 5 minutes walking,there is kensigton garden and hyde park.i recommend this hotel

Buona la posizione, scarsa la pulizia

Buona la posizione per la vicinanza a due fermate della metro e a una strada commerciale, buona la grandezza della camera e forse anche il prezzo. elementi negativi, innanzitutto la pulizia (macchie di sporco dappertutto, dalla moquette ai copriletti), colazione minima, scarsa disponibilità del personale della reception. nel complesso un giudizio abbastanza negativo, sicuramente si riesce a trovare di meglio.

Albergo sconsigliato

Siamo stati ospitati in una stanza ove la testa del letto coincideva esattamente con il muro su cui è ubicato l'ascensore, con conseguente notte passata in bianco causa rumore insopportabile. altri clienti ci hanno riferito che il rumore si sentiva anche in altre stanze più distanti dall'ascensore. il seminterrato dispone di stanze minuscole e claustrofobiche. l'albergo è stato proposto dalla hotelsclick.com.

Bon rapport qualité prix

nous avions un peu peur à notre arrivée au vu des critiques mais finalement cet hotel nous a parfaitement convenu! nous avons eu quelqu'un de très sympathique à la réception qui a essayé au mieu de nous comprendre malgrès la barrière de la langue, et toujours souriant. les chambres sont simples mais avec tout le nécessaire. seul bémol, le petit déjeuner vraiment pas terrible.

Good and cheap

I would come back to this hotel again if i were looking for a cheap hotel in a good area and with rooms that are totally ok with regard to the price paid. i stayed on the second floor which was nice. the walls are a bit thin, you can hear people walking and talking in the corridors. of the two beds in the room, one was ok, but the other was quite bad. i would make sure to ask for a bed in better condition (where you wont feel the spirals of the mattrass coming thru).

Déçus par les chambres situées à la "cave" !

Ne pas se fier à la façade de l'hôtel et à son hall d'entrée, surtout si comme nous, votre chambre est située au sous-sol...on a l'impression d'accéder dans des cages à rats ! salle-de-bain au minimum avec un bruit d'enfer lorsque l'on allume l'électricité...strict minimum pour le petit-déjeuner : pain,beurre,confiture,jus d'orange et boisson chaude...accueil correct du personnel, sans plus.

You have been warned people!!!

On arrival we were transferred to another hotel, where we had a twin room instead of double. the hotel itself once we arrived was filthy, the staff are mentally deficient, the bed was far too small for adults, if you are taller than 5ft avoid, the bath had mold, and the list goes on and on and on. it is better than a tent but avoid please

Hotel comodo da raggiungere, camera pulita, cambio asciugamani ogni giorno. a noi è capitata la camera sotto la sala da colazione, quindi la sveglia era verso le 7.30 a causa del rumore, cmq per noi non è stato un grosso problema, visto che ci saremmo cmq alzati verso quell'ora.

We have had a double and a trible room, which were perfect for our needs, and i might add very clean. also the staff were very friendly and helpfull. the situation og the hotel was good, for both shopping and sightseeing. all in all a very positive experience. thank you.

Albergo tranquillo con una sorridente reception, ma alla maniera inglese, camere molto piccole ed eccessivamente calde e il bagno ha una doccia fissa, per cui ti devi lavare facendo acrobazie.....ma è in una buona zona, centrale, vicino a due fermate di metropolitane, molti ristoranti vicino....in conclusione esperienza positiva

Necesita una buena reforma, pues los suelos de las habitaciones estaban como hundidos, las ventanas no cerraban bien, el enchufe del baño no funcionaba. comenté en recepción lo del enchufe, y me digeron que no funcionaba "por seguridad". el desayuno nefasto, pues el zumo y el colacao estaban aguados, y solamente había bollos de pan para tomar con mantequilla y mermelada. la limpieza era lo único que estaba aceptable, pero en la sala para meter las maletas daba la sensación de que iban a aparecer ratas.

Disappointing

The bayswater receptionist switched me to a basement room, then to a room barely wide enough to fit a cot, both claustrophic. when i asked to be transferred, the receptionist and the manager were both short, and dismissive. the dingy rooms had inadequate electricity, space, and were not clean. nothing is available: no wireless (wifi), no outgoing phone; breakfast was not included.

Nice hotel (clean). good price. (but don't expect to much) good location near to bayswater and queensway underground. beds are really small. book a double room with 2 single beds. het hotel is wel aardig maar verwacht niet te veel. voor slapen is het prima.

For breakfast you have to wait for a table(we were with 4 people)every time coffee and orange juice was finished and the cups and glasses.so you had to wait. we ordered eggs at half past 9 at 10 o'clock still not ready, we asked for it, we didn't get it any more, because the kitchen closed at 10 o'clock. our last evening the bar was closed.it was a pitie because most of the 5 evenings we were sitting there and drink something and now our last night we were early back from town and we could sit with tea in our room.but further we had a nice time.

I stayed one night it was very basic but clean. the breakfast was very basic but this was a low price hotel for the good location, plenty of places to eat out nearby. we were in a basement room so it was quite gloomy but we were hardly in it anyway, just to sleep.

Spring weekend

Clean but fairly basic. room was spacious enough. breakfast was inadequate, with a choice of bread rolls, or--- bread rolls. we stayed in a triple room which proved to be a problem as there is only one key per room, and it disappeared on one occasion when left at reception for one of our party to retrieve later in the evening. the receptionist concerned was rude.

We stayed in the bayswater inn for three nights. the hotel was just ok. the decor was outdated and shabby. the room was small for three people. continental breakfast was poor - we only had it the first day. most of the staff were friendly. location of hotel was good. we will not be returning there as it did'nt feel clean.

La déception

Ns sommes arrivés le matin à 10h, ns avons fait un pré- check in et avons pu laisser nos bagages à la bagageries. cela dit en revenant le soir ns n'avions pas la chambre dble réservée mais 2 lits jumeaux. la réceptionniste n'a pas du tt été agréable et avons du faire des pieds et des mains pour être entendus. les chambres ne font pas très propres. en bref le quartier est superbe mais l'hôtel assez sommaire.

An ok hotel for the price,but the people in the reception need some education in smiling and beeing freindly. they look like their job is something they would rather bee without. we had also asked both pr. phone and e-mail if we could order sandwiches, for beeing ready when we arrived late friday night. that was no problem at all we were told. but there was nothing, and no effort to make up for the mistake.

Soggiorno a londra

L'albergo è posizionato vicino alla fermata della metro bayswater della linea "central line", e quindi è comodisimo per qualsiasi spostamento. le camere sono piccole ( il letto è di una piazza e 1/2), comunque sono pulite e confortevoli. l'unica pecca è che in cinque giorni nopn hanno cambiato le lenzuola.

Cheap and moist.

A cheap hotel with personell that hardly speaks english. one of our rooms reeked of moist and fungus, and we where given a new room when we pointed this out. all in all, not a place that we will stay again, and we will not recommend this hotel to others.

Not a top class hotel but great value

Not the worst hotel i'd ever stayed at, but in no way the nicest either, but for the price paid i cannot complain in any way. it was basic but clean, a great location - just a five minute walk to the nearest tube or a short taxi ride from the west end. room rates include breakfast, however don't be fooled by this as breakfast literally means bread rolls and orange juice! beds were uncomfortable, but if all you are looking for is a place to crash in london at a cheap rate, this is the hotel for you. it is by far the cheapest i've ever come across in central london.
