Friendly staff nice atmosphere

The hotel is kept clean it's only minutes from universal which is nice. i checked in late for a reserved one bedroom king size bed. well my room had a queen size bed. i spoke with the staff they were sincerely sorry and assured me they would correct the problem as soon as a room opened. it was a busy time all the rooms were full. the hotel put me in a better room when one opened up and they reimbursed me a big chunk of what i originally paid. the breakfast wasn't bad with fresh fruit , milk, juices and waffles to name a few. for the price and the quality this is a good hotel .
