The resort was absolutely beautiful. we did run into an issue where the hotel had overbooked rooms and so we were not given the room we had paid for 2 out of our 5 days of vacation. the hotel staff did compensate by providing free breakfast and discounting resort fees. another disadvantage was that there were not many restaurants and activities close by the resort. overall the resort was beautiful and we had a wonderful time.

So we recently stayed here with our two year old and it was a blast! this resort is family friendly and absolutely beautiful! the oasis water park was a great way to spend our time during the day. we will definitely be returning soon for a longer stay!

The resort was clean and well appointed. the pools and water park were nice, but not extravagant. i would stay here again. the parking was somewhat difficult and the water park was crowded on a saturday afternoon, but both of those things were to be expected. all staff members were nice.

I wanted to take my young grandson somewhere for a weekend. i chose this resort for the access to the waterpark. he had a wonderful time. however, i found on my arrival hotel fees that in virtually all other hotels and even motels are included in the price of the room. there was a $40.00 per day per room fee (plus tax) for items to include: newpaper (if requested), coffee machine in room, overnight parking, use of the gym, and discounts on a round of golf, getting a free apetizer if 2 drinks of equal value are purchased. this, to me, was a totally inappropriate fee.
