Arrived after a long drive to a luke warm reception, no electricity, no internet and dirty sheets that had to be changed. the next day at breakfast in the new and beautiful dining locale, they were out of just about everything and had to wait as it all is brought down cooked from the top kitchen. for the money, it is definitely not good value and they really need to work on their service and facilities. if it was more realistically priced i would have rated it higher.
