Das hotel ist sehr gut vom bahnhof und vom parkhaus erreichbar und befindet sich in einer belebten straßen mit vielen gastronomieangeboten. trotzdem hört man keine störenden straßenlärm. frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut!

Sono stato in quest hotel io e mia moglie , hotel pulito personale gentile ,la camera però era un po' datata con alcune cose da migliorare, ma nel complesso direi che tutto è andato bene , buona anche la colazione sia dolce che salato .

Large room with a view of the terrace. friendly staff. excellent breakfast that is included in the price. a short walk from the train and bus stations. a few different vaporetto stops close by. quite a ways from the heavy tourists spots, which is good and bad, but enough shopping and eateries close by. price was insanely cheap for a 4 star hotel.

Un établissement bien placé pour découvrir venise, un bon accueil dès l'arrivée, un produit hébergement obsolète : une chambre trop petite et qui mériterait sans nul doute d'être rénovée. cependant, un excellent service et une bonne qualité des petits déjeuners. a la réflexion, il est préférable de reserver à l'hôtel principe, situé à deux pas et faisant partie du même groupe.(nous connaissons cet établissement)

Ho alloggiato per una sola notte all'albergo e una delle due singole prenotate aveva l'aria condizionata fuori uso. non è stato fatto nulla per risolvere il problema. durante la sera si è verificato anche un problema con l'ascensore. guasto. camera al terzo piano con ascensore guasto.....si commenta da se non ho molta esperienza a venezia. forse l'altissimo numero di turisti a prescindere dal servizio offerto rende la competizione così ridotta da essere nulla o quasi. purtroppo ho riscontrato simili disservizi (anche peggiori) in giro per la città
