Ok but not worth the money

This hotel has the potential to be a great hotel, but it isn't. we had a suite, 600 usd per night. henges of the door were not fixed, so kept felling open. no bathropes, no refill minibar for four nights, turndown service " you want ice?" " give me the basket " instead of getting it herself... inroom dining was tereble, crab cake was soked in grease, ice cream was melted... did not feel like complaining about it, it's my holiday. but when the manager called to check on my room service, i told him. and he did nothing with it. doormen are talking with each other, and don't open the door... as i started, in potential a great place and location, but they don't meet the standards
