The balance between the profile of the house of Torres de Oliveira, and the richness of its granite freestone, endorse it as a magnificent manor from the beginning of the 18th century, in the Douro demarcated wine region. It was built in a carefully selected area, which not only allowed it to become head of a vast farming estate of 30 ha producing Port Wine, but also to enjoy a breathtaking landscape, in which the Douro River winds slowly down towards the sea. Its 30 hectares of vineyards produce a port wine along with red wines sold under the brand name of Sedinhas. You can taste this unique wine, walk or cycle round the estate or simply luxuriate by the pool.
