The original structures and materials typical of the region were maintained, and the house is surrounded by the beauty and strength of the granite. The house's rooms are placed in an independent floor and they have a 'familiar' ambiance. They belong to the original building, and feature a living room with fireplace, being very comfortable. The apartments are bigger, have a living room and a small kitchen on the ground floor and a bedroom with a balcony on the upper floor. Casa de Sequiade also has a "game room", where you can relax playing snooker, darts, listening to music or watching TV. The exterior spaces of Casa de Sequiade are decorated with grass and flowers which surround the "pergola", pool, and "garden bed", where you can rest, read a book, or simply enjoy the tranquility of the countryside.
