The resort is located about 2 hours from Kota Kinabalu. It is reachable with a Kundasang and Pine Resort driving pass. Kota-Kinabalu International Airport is approximately 120 km away from the establishment.

This 34-room resort is located about 1,800 metres above sea level, on top of a hill in Kampung Samuruh near Kundasang, which gives it a fantastic ambience. The resort has its own organic farm, which means that fresh vegetables are served during meals. Further facilities available to guests include a lobby area, restaurant and conference room. Guests arriving by car may leave their vehicles in the hotel car park.
