Beautiful hotel in not a great neighborhood
This hotel was the nicest one that we stayed in on our trip to italy. we stayed in five different hotels and two different apartments. this hotel on the inside was a whole different world than what it appeared from the outside. the staff was very accommodating and friendly. the rooms were big even on an american standard of hotel rooms. we weren't able to have breakfast as our flight left early. it was a good hotel to stay in to reach the few tourist sites of the city and get to the airport easily. the neighborhood on the other hand was a little shady. i was there with my 18 year old daughter, and i didn't feel safe with her walking alone to or from the hotel. since this wasn't really an issue, it was not a big deal for us. the price was excellent.
