This is no way a 5* hotel it wouldn't even pass as a 1*. it is filth!!!! 2 weeks excrement was on our stairwell. broken lifts. broken glass on poolside and in childs pool. poo in baby pool. slide separated in two pieces leaving a meter drop for little ones. an awful stain on bed valance. dead cockroach everywhere. dead wasps around baby pool. broken umbrellas. no bath towels. toilet bins unemptied and rooms never cleaned. manhole covers loose surrounded by broken tiles.kids club has exposed wires everywhere screws,metal brackets and dead cockroach aplenty. in its day this hotel was amazing it has been sold to people who have no regard for their hotel nor customers. which all seemed to complain every day to staff. i went with children and spent most of the time trying to find alternative accommodation and staying away as much as possible. i have been going to north cyprus for 37yrs and stay in a hotel everytime not once have i came home feeling like this. as a result health and safety have visited this hotel since we left as i have been told by another guest who we met and are still there!
