The accommodation area, made up of 257 homes, equipped with optional and paid air conditioning and kitchenettes or modular kitchens equipped with crockery, pots and pans and the necessary cutlery, except for the standard room with 2/3 beds and the superior rooms with 2/3 beds which have only the mini fridge. They are all small houses on the ground floor with an equipped outdoor area that allows you to spend hours in peace outdoors. They have large bathrooms with shower. STANDARD ROOM 2/3 BEDS: (17 m2) a single sleeping area with double bed and single sofa bed, mini fridge. STANDARD TWO-ROOM APARTMENT 3/5 BEDS: (27 m²) bedroom with double bed and single sofa bed, living room with single sofa bed and wall-hung bed. STANDARD THREE-ROOM APARTMENT 3/5 BEDS: (34 m2) two small bedrooms in prefabricated panels, one with a double bed and one with two single beds side by side, large and bright living room with single sofa bed. Some of these three-room apartments are called West three-room apartments 3/5 beds as they are located closer to an area bordered by the railway line.
