The complex was built in 2001 and has official rating of 3 stars. It consists of 10 apartments and 9 studios, which are designed with a modern style and are fully furnished. In all the rooms, guests can use the tv, air-condition, wifi internet, refrigerator and a fully equipped kitchen.
