Pinecliff Village Resort has many amenities, a perfect locale, and outstanding excursions to areas in historic Lincoln County that makes us a favorite with visitors and travelers. Our one and two-bedroom condos are tastefully furnished and boast designer touches. Each condo has a kitchen and dining room. Some condos offer a cozy fireplace for those cool nights. Most of our condos include private balconies or patios, fireplace, kitchenettes, and delightful sitting areas. Our Resort offers a heated indoor pool with an invigorating Jacuzzi plus an on-site game room. Check in is at 3pm. Check out is at 10am. Minimum check-in age is 21. Must have a valid ID and credit card. If you plan on arriving after 7pm you must contact the Front Desk prior to recieve after check-in instructions. Please call 575-378-4427. Minimum check-in age is 21. Front Desk hours are from 9am-7pm Monday-Friday and 9am-9pm Saturday-Sunday. Housekeeping Hours are from 9am-4pm 7 days a week. Please note there is a Pet Fee of USD 10.00 per night collected at check-in by the property. During the Holiday times, the resorts have a 30 day cancellation policy. If the guest were to cancel within 30 days of the reservation there is a 50% forfeiture of stay cost. If cancelled within 72 hours it is then 100% non-refundable.
