The dock comes with 150 feet of water frontage to accommodate up to a 130-foot vessel with ease of access. We have a temporary fence that can be put up around the pool at your request. The Neighborhood: Due to Broward County law, there is no street parking while using a vacation rental. Additionally, there is a noise ordinance in effect. After 10pm each night there is absolutely no loud noise outside permitted. Getting Around: If you need a vehicle rental while you’re in town, we can offer you a beautiful 2021 Range Rover Westminster in Portofino Blue! The vehicle is pristine and beautiful, and we offer fantastic specials on rentals. We can leave it at the rental home ready to go for you.
