Eighteen wineries producing one of Idaho's lesser known exports and tours are available. One delightful event is Ste. Chappell's Jazz at the Winery on warm summer Sundays. Caldwell is also home to exciting rodeo action. Kick up your cowboy boots with the Caldwell Night Rodeo or the Snake River Stampede - two of the nation's top annual rodeos. Caldwell is a desert brought to bloom by irrigation and has become the industrial and agricultural center of the surrounding area.
