Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The outdoor pool only operates during the summer season, from December to March. During this season, the pool is open from from 08:00 to 20:00 from Tuesday's to Sunday's, subject to weather conditions. The refund will not be provided for a reduction in the number of room nights or guests associated to a reservation. Cleaning services are available from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00. Cleaning services are not available on Sundays or holidays. Please note towels are changed every other day. Towels for the swimming pool are not included. LOCAL TAX LAW Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). * This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.
