Aux Chantignoles - Located on the lobby level Aux Chantignoles is the main dining room at the resort. Guests can enjoy the tranquility of the Ottawa River and the beautiful gardens while enjoying a gastronomic feast. Some of the signature items include Rainbow Trout Tartar. Bar Seignerie (Bistro Bar) - Serves light meals like the signature Coast to Coast Seafood Chowder and then favourite cocktails while guests listen to the great tunes of the house band (weekends only). Lobby Bar - Located beside the six-sided fireplace and under the massive log ceiling inspired by an architects dream the Lobby Bar is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a Montebello special coffee or cocktail. Sunday Brunch - Served in Aux Chantignoles.
