A 5 star price for a 3 star quality

The hotel is well located and has a wonderful infrastructure. however, the services are not up to a 5 star hotel. the staff is not entirely professional. for example, i had issues with staff arguing and fighting between them because of taxi's and their own businesses; had to wait the overall stay for a comb which i repeatedly asked for and never got, etc.
