Stayed at the westin because the person i was traveling with was there for business. the reception and front door staff were extremely helpful and kind. great service. cons were: location - in the thick of the business district/not located near any attractions, a good 30 mins to old town; breakfast - buffet looked like everything had been sitting out for hours at just 8:30 and the a la carte options tasted terrible as well; difficult to get service at the rooftop pool because it was so dead up there, staff barely passed through.
