Il Rio è un bellissimo edificio neoclassico completamente ristrutturato, mescolando tutti i comfort moderni con l'estetica classica. Il bar-ristorante, al piano terra, è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi godendosi una bevanda, del cibo e della musica piacevole e serve molti tipi di bevande e... Very bad experience!
If you see the picture of the hotel, you expect a hotel that stands alone. fact is that the hotel is connected to a house to the left. the hotel was expanding to the right, so there was very dusty where you having your breakfast. at dinner the workers have closing time. after several attempt the hotel give up to make our keycard work. we get instead a “master” card. we have no problem by that but where afraid that other customs also have a “master” card so they could enter our room. the quality of the satellite tv was so bad, that you get tired of using it. there was no mini bar as told, but just an empty freezer. there was no hairdryer as told the bed was in a very bad shape. on of wheels on the bed was broken. coffee and te was undrinkable, which was a general experience by the customers. we ordered stuffed tomatoes from the menu, but we get stuffed peppers. fortunately we also like peppers. the hotel has a young man from sri lanka employed and the manager treated him like the slavery wasn’t put to an end. it was really embarrassing for the customers to look at / hear on. i could continue, but anything must have and end, also mine complains!
